Just two more days

When we started getting Juno ready for this trip, we had the number 143
on the chalkboard in the playroom. Now it's down to 2.

5 more days

I can’t believe it! Seven days and we will be going to Bermuda! And plus, Tomorrow (as of 5/25/2009) our class is going to Wakulla springs. That is the start of the fun things we will do at the end of the school year. Orion has exams. He thinks it’s not fair. Well, that’s that. It’s just, CLOSE!
(this video was not made on the boat)

Less than a week left!

In about five days, we will be departing this country for two years. It’s hard to imagine being away from home for that long. However, we will be seeing a whole lot of really cool places, so I guess that will make up for it. The boat is a fully self-sustained home, and it’s pretty comfortable too. I have really gotten used to living on Juno, and have a good idea of what life will be like for two years on it. I just can’t wait until we leave for Bermuda this Saturday.

I USED THE VHF!

Thanks to me, the dock people knew that we were coming. I said things like: we are currently in the channel. (the marina thought that I was the captain.). I am actualy the yougest in the family. The reason why this blog was updated so soon, was because the marina had internet and I am connected right now as I am typing this on my laptop. My dad is very proud of me now.
