Exploring Gib -- pt 1

The Rock [of Gibraltar]

The Rock of Gibraltar is very amazing! This is not a little stone I am talking about. This is a BIG, HUGE, and BIGGER, limestone rock. That is strange because that is a sedimentary rock instead of a metamorphic rock. But it doesn't smell like limestone. That is also strange. The most amazing things are the tunnels used in World War II and The Great Siege. They had cannons that were up to the holes that point out of The Rock. Did I tell you that they are inside of the rock? We also went on a cable car that went to the top. This is a cable car that is on tracks that are in the air. It was a very smooth trip. We saw monkeys from the cable car too! We saw them again when we went to this one place where they hung out. We wandered around a lot. I am typing this when we just got back down from The Rock. I hope it will be just as much fun when we come back!
