Costa del Sol?

With 61 @!#* degree water temp? What's going on? It was 81 in the Balearics barely a week ago; 78 near Cabo de Gata last week, and 76 in Almeria just yesterday.

Costa de Agua Muy Fria is more like it.

Senor Tourism Minister? We wish to register a complaint.
